Mandai Park Holdings (MPH) is driving the rejuvenation of Mandai Precinct into an integrated nature and wildlife destination, through its development arm, Mandai Park Development (MPD). Reporting to Senior Manager, Brand, the Assistant Manager for Brand and Communications will be part of the pioneering team tasked with shaping and rolling out the new brand for Singapore’s only integrated nature and wildlife destination.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 Brand Building Efforts

·        Develop and roll-out annual brand building campaigns to drive larger public awarenessand build equity for the new brand.

·        This includes but is not limited to:

1.     crafting the agency brief,

2.     working closely with the appointed agencies on the creative conceptualisation, production and roll-out of the creative assets,

3.      tracking campaign’s performance and,

4.      management of campaign budget.

·        Work closely with various departments to identify opportunities within existing workplans to incorporate and reinforce the new brand.


Development of Brand Assets

·        Lead and oversee the development of logo application guidelines for upcoming destination features (mainly the indoor attractions and eco-resort). In developing these guidelines, you will be required to work closely with the brand agency and key users within the organisation.

·        Ensure guidelines developed are sufficiently comprehensive and covers applications across a variety of touchpoints and platforms.

·        Ensure timely output of the logo application guidelines into the designated formats.

·        Grow existing library of brand assets. This entails working closely with the brand agency to appoint third-party vendor(s), shape the development of assets and engage/ consult key users within the organisation during the development process.


Brand Advocacy and Guardianship

·        Drive internal evangelism of the new brand to build brand affinity and encourage brand adoption. This includes conceptualising, developing, and rolling out various engagement activities such as roadshows, brand clinics, newsletters, etc.

·        Manage internal and external requests for brand assets.

·        Review brand applications, ensure it is compliant with the guidelines and provide necessary advice and counsel as brand custodian.


Job Requirements:

·        Minimum Degree in Marketing or Communications.

·        At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a brand and/or marketing function.

·        Prior experience in a creative agency will be advantageous.

·        Highly creative individual.

·        Able to handle ambiguity & collaborate effectively cross-functionally.

·        Proactive, resourceful and detail oriented.
