Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) is the holding company of the award-winning attractions Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and Singapore Zoo. WRS is dedicated to the management of world-class leisure attractions that foster conservation and research while educating visitors about animals and their habitats.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·       Provide brand guardianship and marketing lead for the company and its parks.

·       Lead, conceptualise, plan and supervise execution of various key and tactical campaigns to achieve attendance and revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the company and its parks.

·       Supervise all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, approval process, deadlines, contingency planning, campaign analysis and reporting, to deliver quality outcomes and outputs.

·       Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, such as events & programming, digital & social, design and other internal stakeholders, to deliver key projects.

·       Manage and monitor overall marketing budget to achieve optimal use.

·       Manage media and creative agencies effectively.           

·       Lead and secure partnerships with relevant partners or vendors.

·       Provide mentorship for team members.

·       Work on special projects where required.

 

Requirements

·       Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or the equivalent.

·       At least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industries.

·       Proven experience in brand building, consumer marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management.

·       Prior experience in managing multiple stakeholders.

·       Result-oriented and confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·       High energy self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·       Analytical, highly organised and meticulous.

·       Able to work independently while being a good team player.
