Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) is the holding company of the award-winning attractions Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and Singapore Zoo. WRS is dedicated to the management of world-class leisure attractions that foster conservation and research while educating visitors about animals and their habitats. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Develop and scale virtual experiences as a core pillar of digital paid experiences to reach locals and regional audience.

·       Develop and support strategic marketing partnerships both locally and overseas, to drive new target segments and revenue to wildlife parks.

·       Curate meaningful wildlife experiences and support go-to-market strategy.

·       Execute marketing strategies to drive tourist visitorship when leisure travel resumes.

·       Build brand love for wildlife parks and position the Mandai precinct as a destination of choice amongst tourists.

·       Plan and execute pre-arrival and post-arrival campaigns to drive ticket purchases.

·       Work with media agency to execute media campaigns and optimise digital campaign Cost per Acquisition and Cost per Revenue.

·       Collaborate with Digital team to review Adobe Analytics reports and improve website transactions.

·       Work with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.

·       Partner International Sales team and their travel agent partners to build brand equity for experiences and wildlife parks.

·       Highlight wildlife conservation and sustainability themes in communications where relevant.

·       Assist to prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign results, learnings and recommendations.

·       Track marketing budget.

 

Job Requirements:

·       Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.

·       At least 2 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing communications and brand management.

·       Experience in digital marketing; regional marketing exposure is a plus.

·       Confident and an effective communicator.

·       Highly adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environment.

·       Possess a problem-solving mindset and able to manage stakeholders independently.
