Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics and Insights manager to be part of a team that takes on increasing growth opportunities in the digital sphere.

The candidate serves as the data expert within the Digital Marketing team and would be responsible for defining the audience insights and segmentation framework, providing guidance on opportunities to grow online revenue and strengthen the quality of the funnel. The candidate would be collaborating closely with the Marketing team to optimize conversion rates and KPIs through data analysis across channels (media, website, mobile etc.), user journeys, conversion funnels and campaigns. He/She would also be the creator and owner of the segments in Adobe Audience Library.

The candidate would be a key member of the digital campaign management team, who will be familiar in ensuring optimal capture and utilisation of data to generate actionable customer insights. He/She would also be responsible for enhancing the taxonomy of campaign tagging to ensure proper tracking and dashboarding are in place.
The candidate shall drive monthly online sales and performance reporting, KPI & target tracking with the objective to automate reporting as much as possible. He/ She is also expected to be able to identify process improvements for better data collection and ensure appropriate tools and practices are in place to support business needs.


• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a business analyst or analytics role in a marketing setup.
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, Campaigns, Audience Management, Audience Library, Adobe Launch) is required.
• Familiar with digital concepts such as custom audience, look-alike audience, etc.
• Experience in collecting and managing first-party, second-party and third-party data to unlock customer insights is advantageous.
• Analytical with strong business acumen, well organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive in leading analysis and troubleshooting of data anomalies.
• Possess an inquisitive mind to investigate, challenge status quo and provide data-driven answers.
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas, issues and solutions with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build synergies within and across teams.
