Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly, including daily resource management, and maintain high level of guest service standards in accordance to protocol.
· Identify, propose and execute proposals on areas of improvement to create and enhance guest experience within the park.
· Resolve feedback, issues and concerns raised by guests.
· Motivate and guide staff in delivering guests experiences.
· Assist in and conduct training of staff in consultation with manager.
· Assist in the maintenance and enforcement of park safety matters and procedures.
Requirements:
· Diploma
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or tourism industry
· Excellent communications skills
· Prior customer service experience will be an advantage
· Confident, energetic and outgoing personality
· Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays |
