We are looking for a dynamic individual to support the finance and performance analytics function of a new entity which will be set up. The incumbent shall be responsible for the financial reporting and annual audit process; and assist in tracking and analysing performance metrics and drivers.


Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Statutory reporting and audit / monthly and quarterly reports
• Tax compliance
• Payment processing
• GST reporting
• Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
• Proper cashflow management
• Annual budgeting – collate inputs from different teams to consolidate and review
• System implementation – provide requirements and testing system; continue to streamline and automate tasks to ensure improvement and efficiencies
• Track effectiveness of new business initiatives
• Create regular business dashboards and provide detailed analysis to help business decision making

• Degree in Finance / Accounting related disciplines, additional quantitative and analytical discipline is a strong plus
• At least 5 to 7 years of accounting experience
• Prior hands on experience managing full set of accounts including corporate tax, cashflow management, audit and GST
• SAP (FICO) experience is a must
• Highly meticulous and self-driven, with strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly matrix environment, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with programming in R, Python would be a strong plus
