Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a content manager who is able to apply his/her knowledge of website information architecture to create well-structured sites for both users and search engines. He/She will be responsible in managing digital content and content taxonomy of a large website to drive searchability and discoverability of key content and campaigns.
• Develop a practical and effective content classification, content tagging and content hierarchy strategy for the website across multiple languages.
• Responsible for new page builds, page updates on content and ticketing website on a need-to basis across all WRS web properties using Content Management System (CMS) platform.
• Collaborate with various business units to deliver impactful and high-quality marketing content and campaigns for the web.
• Develop and implement effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies for the improvement of organic traffic, search ranking and ROI optimisation.
• Analyse backlinks to website and competitor sites to identify outdated links, 404s, incorrect redirects, or opportunities for competitive improvement.
• Develop subject expertise in using CMS platform to coach other business users in content creation and update.
• Work with the Digital Platform manager to identify opportunities and gaps to enhance CMS functionalities to deliver robust online experience to users.

 

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in content management, operations and/or customer support.
• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with online content management for both web and mobile platforms, as well as working knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign Standard) and tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, AHREFS, SimilarWeb or SEMrush are a strong plus.
• Some experience in managing paid media campaigns with either agencies or in-house departments is a plus.
• High learning agility with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
• Data-driven, with the ability to derive and validate ideas using data.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to constant change and ambiguity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
