Mandai Park Holdings (MPH) is driving the rejuvenation of Mandai Precinct into an integrated nature and wildlife destination, through its development arm, Mandai Park Development (MPD). As champions for Wildlife, we lead actions to protect them, inspire a love for wildlife and spark a sense of wonder in everyone, regardless of our roles.

 

Come 2024, we will add a new Bird Park, a Rainforest Park, nature themed indoor attraction and Eco-resort as part of our Mandai rejuvenation plan.

 

As the guardian of content and the key content-maker, create a library of footage/photos to fuel organic and compelling story-telling.

Integrate production with the content strategy personnel in the Brand & Communications team which will lead this body of work, while providing support to the organisation’s Project Development as well as Conservation and Sustainability teams to collectively drive content that fuels brand building. A key deliverable is to establish a creative direction and common language for all productions (over three years).

Work closely with the organisation’s Digital Transformation / Information Technology team to identify the necessary technical infrastructure for capturing, recording and archiving rejuvenation / wildlife / field conservation moments.

 

This role reports in to SVP, Brand & Communications, with a dotted reporting line to AVP, Brand & Communications.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·        Provide creative direction and oversee all production work;

·        Film, record and build up a repository of content;

·        Plan and manage visual archival of project milestones and activities, to build up a repository of content for future use

·        Create/adapt relevant content formats to suit varying needs, eg. short videos for social media and website, corporate videos, visuals for media kits

·        Develop a plan for project archival;

·        Manage documentary production (working with external production houses)

·        Manage account servicing partners.

 

Job Requirements:

 

·        Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience.

·        Relevant experience as a video/content producer or photo journalist in production house, media outlet or creative agency

·        Ability to plan and execute productions independently - applying creative thinking as well as competent technical skills (ie. story-boarding, shooting, sound-recording, video-editing etc)

·        Possess good eye for powerful imagery

·        Instincts for what makes compelling editorial storytelling

·        Keen interest in digital/social media trends

·        Independent and dynamic self-starter

·        Comfortable working across teams
