The selected candidate will play an essential and critical administrative role in the day-to-day efficient and effective running of the People & Organisation Development (POD) department to deliver a delightful employee experience at each of our POD touchpoints.


Main duties and responsibilities

·         Manage end-to-end administration of learning activities, such as:

o   Manage annual learning calendar and courses in the Learning Management System (LMS)

o   Create learning calendar Electronic Direct Mail (EDM)

o   Track course enrolment and submit course registration

o   Coordinate training logistics and resources

o   Compile course evaluation feedback and generate report

o   Update and maintain learning records in LMS

o   Prepare and submit training grants, funding and subsidies

o   Generate learning dashboards

·         Oversee and ensure timely compliance training, certification and re-certification of staff

·         Manage procurement of products and services via SESAMi and SAP systems in accordance to internal policies and guidelines

·         Track and monitor departmental budget

·         Maintain in-house training venue, such as ensuring general housekeeping and working condition of all equipment

·         Provide administrative support to the team, including generation of statistics/reports, responding to staff queries and providing logistical support for staff events



·         Diploma and/or 3 years of relevant learning administration experience, with knowledge of training subsidies, funds and grants management

·         Experience with organisation of internal staff events

·         Good report-writing and numeracy skills

·         Ability to create simple infographics is a plus

·         Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

·         People-centric and a team player

·         Meticulous, resourceful and willing to take on new assignments

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and experience with SAP (SuccessFactors) and/or an LMS
