Come 2024, we will add a new Bird Park, a Rainforest Park, nature themed indoor attraction and Eco-resort as part of our Mandai rejuvenation plan

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Divisional Team Assistant (support Group Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer)

  • Secretariat for Divisional Team Lead meeting and assist with the organization, management of agenda, and recording of minutes.
  • Provide general administration support for the Division, including but not limited to supporting the co-ordination of Division led events and workshops, purchasing, administration, financial budgets etc.
  • Responsible for managing diaries for CSIO and organising internal/external meetings.
  • Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g. project co-ordination, research, presentation and communication support and day-to-day operational activities.

IT PMO (Support Assistant Director, IT)

  • Responsible for the general administration and smooth running of a project office.
  • Assist to exercise PMO procedures during the project life cycle and monitor project performance.
  • Responsible to gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver quality functional specifications and ensuring all business requirements are captured.
  • Provide general administration support such as billing, procurement, report generation, filing, documentation, meeting scheduling, assist in doing project documentation, project tracking, project and financial tracking etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience as Project Coordinator cum Admin.
  • Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards.
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance and monitoring.
  • Good exposure or hands-on knowledge on Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint or Power BI tools will be an added advantage
