Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) is the holding company of the award-winning attractions Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and Singapore Zoo. WRS is dedicated to the management of world-class leisure attractions that foster conservation and research while educating visitors about animals and their habitats. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute new initiatives, such as virtual experiences, to reach international tourists and locals.
• Develop and support partnership initiatives both locally and overseas, to drive new target segments and alternative revenue streams to wildlife parks.
• Execute marketing strategies to drive tourist visitorship when leisure travel resumes.
• Build brand love for wildlife parks and position the Mandai precinct as a destination of choice amongst tourists.
• Plan and execute pre-arrival and post-arrival campaigns to drive ticket purchases.
• Work with media agency to execute media campaigns and optimise digital campaign Cost per Acquisition and Cost per Revenue.
• Collaborate with Digital team to review Adobe Analytics reports and improve website transactions.
• Work with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.
• Develop in-market collaterals for International Sales team and their travel agent partners.
• Highlight wildlife conservation and sustainability themes in communications where relevant.
• Assist to prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign results, learnings and recommendations.
• Track tourist marketing budget.

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing communications and brand management.
• Experience in digital marketing; regional marketing exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes.
• Highly adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environment.
• Possess a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders independently.
