This role in the People & Organisation Development (POD) team requires an experienced and versatile people and organisational development professional. The incumbent is expected to be a critical linchpin to assist Vice President, POD to drive People initiatives in our organisational 5-year Transformation 2.0 (T2.0) strategy.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage T2.0 Transformation Project Committee (TPC) People initiatives that include:
o Support the TPC (People) Business Lead to drive People transformation for a future-ready, efficient, and effective workforce.
o Organise regular meetings with established cadence to ensure timely project updates for the TPC (People) that is co-chaired by Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer.
o Submit timely project updates for Transformation Steering Committee TSC chaired by Group CEO.
o Partner closely with the People stakeholders to understand their needs and educate them on the submission of projects.
o Guide project teams towards successful project implementation and outcomes, including management of project timeline, risks and costs.
o Ensure that processes are in place to support successful delivery of each project team, including sufficient controls to highlight any risks to the transformation.
o Ensure As-is and To-be processes are mapped to guide transformation.
o Identify and resolve roadblocks and issues.
o Identify competency gaps for timely skills upgrading to support project implementation.
o Collaborate and partner with technical and operational teams to gather business requirements, evaluate priorities and ensure clear project scoping and smooth delivery.
o Ensure change management as part of project implementation.
· Plan, develop, and implement competency development frameworks with necessary tracking to support transformation initiatives in the following areas:
o Data competency and data maturity model.
o Digital competency and digital maturity model.
o Lean management (to support process improvement projects and lean culture).
Requirements
· Degree in Business Administration/Management or the equivalent.
· At least 8 – 10 years of project management experience.
· Demonstrable experience of delivering complex, enterprise-wide changing programmes is essential.
· Certified Lean practitioner with exposure to Design Thinking (human-centred) is preferred.
· Knowledge of Prosci and ADKAR change management concepts is preferred.
· Ability to manage time efficiently to handle a myriad of stakeholders and concurrent projects.
· Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, as well as engage, guide and motivate project teams.
· Effective communication skills, results-oriented and people-centric.
· Resourceful with keen attitude and high learning agility.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; candidates with proficiency in project management and collaboration software will have an advantage. |
