Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of quality response to guests' enquiries and feedback via email correspondence, calls and social media platforms
  • Ensure quality control of responses to guests
  • Assist with rostering, and training of new staff for contact centre
  • Work closely with the team to identify issues/processes for improvement
  • Assist team with monthly reports and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure team is kept up-to-date with latest information

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills (English)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin as role will require handling of mandarin speaking guests
  • Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Pleasant disposition, service-oriented, confident, energetic and outgoing personality
  • 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays (shift work will be until 8pm where required)
