Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform shift responsibilities and is accountable to the operations manager for the smooth running of the day-to-day shift operations.
  • Orchestrating guests experience delivery within the parks.
  • Identify opportunities to create/enhance guest experience delivery within the park.
  • Ensure that guests serviecs are executed according to standard operating procedures and standards.
  • Assist in the training of part-time staff in consultation with the manager



  • O Level and above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or tourism industry
  • Friendly, confident with a strong command of English
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
