Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, create, lead and establish business relationships with potential partners to positively impact revenue targets 
  • Seek, identify and develop trade partnership relations, collaboration, promotion opportunities
  • Develop proposals to solicit sponsorships and partnership opportunities
  • Negotiate full sales life-cycles from generating new business leads to closing business deals
  • Build strong business pipeline and achieve specified annual sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with partners to increase the level of exposure of the Company, and assess the need for grants or sponsorships
  • Develop new business opportunities and leverage on network of contacts to develop prospective leads and build an industry network
  • Identify key market segments and implement strategies for revenue growth
  • Prepare product packages, sales proposals and negotiation sales deals
  • Manage pipeline and performance tracking through monthly activity and conversion reports
  • Ensure budget guidelines are met through monthly reports

Job Requirements:

  • Degree with minimally 6 years of relevant work experience in business development, sponsorship or partnership
  • Proven track record with strong network of clientele
  • Sales driven and result oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of personal energy, maturity and initiative
  • Experience in all aspect of clients/stakeholder relationship management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed
