Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages retail operations within WRS park retail stores
and outlets.

Responsible for overall sales performance, analyse and identify issues and opportunities to maximise sales potential.

Develop the overall operational strategy of the store business. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Creates and implement operations strategies to drive productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction of all stores.

Ensures that project/departmental milestones are met and adhering to approved budget.

Excellent communication and 'people' skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Manage subordinates in the day to day job performance 

Ability to plan ahead thus ensuring smooth transition and implementation of major events.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of retail experience with 3 - 5 years in a leadership role.

Ability to recognize the broad implications of issues and challenges potential solutions and move with agility and a sense of urgency

Proven organizational skills – ability to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and excellent time management

A self-starter, innovative and highly results driven

Willing to work on weekends when required (replacement off will be accorded)
