Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly driven individual to be part of our Park Operations team. Reporting to the Chief Park Operations & Revenue Officer, the incumbent will lead the team to champion, plan and execute strategies as well as to manage operational matters concerning safety and security for our parks. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify new technologies for operational improvement and implementation of cost-effective measures will also be a core responsibility of this role. In addition, he/she will develop key strategies and programme initiatives targeted at improving safety and security culture and compliance. The incumbent will also assist to review and enhance the Business Continuity Management, Incident & Crisis Management System and develop a Security Masterplan.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 12 years relevant experience in environmental health and safety and security.
  • Possess valid certification and credentials in environmental health and safety, and/or security.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidates with knowledge and experience in crisis management, business continuity management and security systems integration would have an advantage.
