·        Handle phone and email enquiries fluently in English and mandarin, on programme bookings by Travel Agents and schools

·         Handle bookings, confirmations, amendments, payments and preparations of all programmes by Travel Agents &/or schools.

·         Liaise with other departments such as Sales (IM), F&B, Operations, Zoology etc. for support on overseas bookings.

·         Assist in department-related administrative matters.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimally GCE A Levels or equivalent, with at least 1 year of administrative experience

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Pro-active team player with a positive attitude

·         Meticulous with strong organizational skills

·         Familiar with MS Word, Excel & Outlook

·         Able to commit on a part time basis (2 to 3 days a week)
