·         Assist the Head of Department (HOD) to lead the FM team in daily facilities and maintenance operation;

·         Assist to develop and thereafter execute the maintenance and sustainability policies, processes, specifications and procedures to ensure high reliability and good quality services

·         Assist HOD in leading the team to plan and manage all repair and preventive maintenance works for civil, mechanical, electrical infrastructures and pest control management;

·         Assist HOD in carrying out budget planning, resource allocations and cost control, in line with company’s business strategy and goals.

·         Oversee budget proposals and conceptual plans which includes conducting of feasibility studies, planning, and implementation and completion of upgrading, addition and alteration work for estate and property;

·         Coordinate with end users or relevant stakeholders in drafting technical design specification and requirement;

·         Oversee the formulation of tender evaluation criteria, pre-qualification and bid evaluation process to appoint suitable contractors or vendors for the projects;

·         Provide leadership and technical resolution for site project management;

·         Liaise with regulatory agencies when required to ensure that projects comply with legal requirements;

·         Collate, compile and regularization of Gross Floor Area (GFA) for all parks.

·         Ensure that assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule, meeting the business objectives and design guidelines;

·         Ensure proper upkeeping of regulatory documents, records and technical specification database.  

 

Job Requirement:

·         Recognised Degree in Construction Management or Engineering

·         Minimally 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management;

·         Excellent analytical, communication, writing and interpersonal skills

·         Good project management and presentation skills;

·         Experience in managing and overseeing capital expenditure of facilities upgrading, addition and alteration projects;

·         Familiar with local codes and authorities’ submission procedures

·         Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision;

·         Good in people management with ability to engage and work with all levels of staffs, including vendors and contractors;

·         Professional qualifications such as License Electrical Worker (LEW Grade 7 and above); Fire Safety Manager (FSM); Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) and Water Efficiency Manager (WEM) will be added advantage.
