Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Execute market strategies to drive tourists visitorship to the four wildlife parks under Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS).

·     Build brand love for wildlife parks and position the Mandai precinct as a destination of choice amongst tourists.

·     Plan and execute in-market and post-arrival campaigns to drive both online and onsite ticket purchases.

·     Work with media agency to execute media campaigns in a timely manner.

·     Review and optimise campaign CPA and ROI of digital ads through analysis and data monitoring of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEM/SEO and website sales transactions.

·     Work with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.

·     Develop in-market collaterals for International Sales team and their travel agent partners.

·     Highlight wildlife conservation and sustainability themes in communications where relevant

·     Assist to prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign results, learnings and recommendations

·     Track tourist marketing budget

·     Support special projects like cross-park initiatives or collaborations

 

Job Requirements:

·      Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communications or equivalent

·      At least 3 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing communications and brand management.

·      Experience in digital marketing

·      Regional marketing exposure is a plus

·      Possess excellent interpersonal skills

·      Able to multi-task

·      Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset

·      Proven track record in driving business outcomes

·      A team player while able to work independently
