Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Lead and develop market strategies to drive tourist visitorship to the four wildlife parks under Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS).

·         Build brand love for wildlife parks and position the Mandai precinct as a destination of choice amongst tourists.

·         Plan and execute in-market and post-arrival campaigns to drive both online and onsite ticket purchases.

·         Analyse visitor arrival data and leverage on market insights to uncover new business opportunities to drive visits and maximise return-on-investment.

·         Closely partner International Sales team to hone and develop market strategies to drive overall tourist attendance to WRS.

·         Partner media agency to develop media strategy and execute media campaigns in a timely manner.

·         Review and optimise campaign CPA and ROI of digital ads through analysis and data monitoring of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEM/SEO and website sales transactions.

·         Work with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.

·         Seek and develop partnerships to drive new target segments to WRS parks.

·         Build enduring relationships with travel and hospitality industry partners, travel publications and media partners.

·         Highlight wildlife conservation and sustainability themes in communications where relevant

·         Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign results, learnings and recommendations

·         Manage and optimise tourist marketing budget

·         Support special projects like cross-park initiatives or collaborations


Job Requirements:

·         Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communications or equivalent

·         At least 5 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, integrated marketing communications and brand management.

·         Experience in digital marketing

·         Regional marketing exposure is a plus

·         Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset

·         Able to multi-task

·         Possess excellent interpersonal skills

·         Proven track record in driving business outcomes

·         Experience in team management

·         A team player while able to work independently

·         Well-versed in stakeholder management across cross-functional business units
