Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage general enquiries via phone, emails and company portal
  • Manage members’ feedbacks and assist in customer service needs
  • Provide sales support in backend membership purchases and membership gift vouchers
  • Assist in budget inputs, update and consolidate monthly invoices for payment including tracking of monthly expenses
  • Handle all administrative duties such as processing of contracts, purchase order and refund forms
  • Provide any other administrative support such as management of stationery contracts and stationary inventory for operations team

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, SESAMi and Galaxy system
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Driven, meticulous with customer-orientated service mindset
  • Strong administrative and follow up skills
