Job Responsibilities:

•Coordinate registration, logistic set up, training material preparation for all learning   programmes (classroom, digital or on-the-job)
•Administer requisition and invoicing process of learning programmes
•Administer application for grants, funding and subsidies from external parties
•Administer processes for overseas learning trips
•Facilitate the application of external training
•Track learning usage, learning hours and learning budget
•Compile learning reports, where required
•Utilise the Learning Management System to aid in learning administration
•Provide guidance to departments on the use of the LMS and e-learning content

Job Requirements:

•Minimum Diploma
•At least 2 years of relevant working experience
•Knowledge in WSQ framework, SAP and Success Factors will have an added advantage
•Experience in using Learning Management System preferred
•Comfortable with large volume of administrative and logistics duties
•Detail-oriented, resourceful, accurate and willing to take on new tasks
•Able to work independently and in a team to meet tight timelines
