Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform shift responsibilities and ensure smooth day to day operations of the Park
  • Ensure delivery of excellent guest experience
  • Assist to generate and review reports on a monthly basis
  • Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on park related and guest experience matters
  • Manage assigned portfolio and projects assigned
  • Manage guest feedback on-ground and close service lapses
  • Assist in management of manpower planning, staff training needs and staff issues


  • Diploma or Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Leadership and project management, preferably with supervisory skills
  • Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent team player who can also work independently
  • Proactive and has keen interest in working in a dynamic work environment
  • Confident and resourceful
  • Must able to work on weekends and public holidays
