We are seeking for a creative and driven individual with strong understanding and interest in creating and enhancing consumer journeys. Reporting to Deputy Director of Guest Experience, the incumbent will play a pivotal role as the driver in the Experience Design function within the Guest Experience Management team. Collaborating closely with various teams, he/she will develop and implement consumer journey roadmaps based on business priorities and customer needs to advance guest satisfaction in Mandai precinct.

Scope and Responsibilities include:
•Review and revamp consumer journey concept, from pre-visit, during visit to post-visit for spatial, physical, product, process and emotional design
•Lead experience design strategy sessions across teams to evaluate user goals, business unit needs, technological opportunities and product improvement
•Progress experience touch points across the consumer journey, to create meaningful and memorable experiences for guests
•Develop, refine and maintain the consumer journey roadmaps for end-to-end consumer experience at Mandai and Wildlife Reserves Singapore
•Employ an insights-based and consumer-centred design approach (such as design thinking methodology) in problem identification through synthesis and solutioning
•Translate user stories and user journeys into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for a wide range of projects, both on-site and digital
•Design measures that track guest satisfaction of experiences

Job Requirements:
•Minimum Degree in design, consumer psychology or related field
•At least 8-10 years of experience in design or customer experience field
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•Substantial experience in interaction design, visual design, usability, accessibility and/or information architecture
•Proven track record in leading projects through ideation, prototyping and implementation
•Passionate about design and innovation, with an angle on problem-solving
•Adaptable, flexible and willing to grow in an evolving organization and work scope
•Able to work with multiple projects and tight deadlines
•Excellence presentation skills in engaging audiences
•Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft
