Our rapidly expanding company is seeking a self-driven and energetic individual to lead the Learning & Organisational Development Department.  Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, the candidate will lead and manage full spectrum of organisational learning, organisational development, leadership and talent development and engagement efforts to strengthen organisational competencies, build talent and leadership pipeline, and inculcate a highly engaged workforce.    

The role will cover the following areas:
• Develop learning and competency development strategies to support business objectives
• Develop Career Pathway and Development Roadmaps to address staff career aspirations and develop an adaptive and skilled workforce
• Identify learning effectiveness indicators, evaluate training programme providers and develop multiple learning platforms to ensure effective learning transfer
• Identify talents, develop them through various training / development activities, manage the talents and measure effectiveness of the talent management framework
• Continually ensure that our staff development initiatives / schemes are reviewed / enhanced / implemented so that successors are groomed / developed to take on positions identified
• Provide the organisation with an effective communication platform that will enhance staff engagement  
• Supervise and oversee the running and co-ordination of training operations such as review / customisation of learning programmes, procuring training services and utilisation of training budget
• Manage and grow a professionally competent, effective and motivated team


Relevant Experience
• Possess a general degree
• To qualify for this role, the individual will have at least 12 years of Learning & Organisational Development experience with proven track record in a leadership role for at least 4 years in a large established company
• Proven ability to perform needs analysis and facilitate learning experiences
• Ability to set up systems and processes to support the learning administration
