Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) is the holding company of the award-winning attractions Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and Singapore Zoo. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Daily animal husbandry, servicing animal yard and holding area
•Assess animals daily to ensure they are properly cared for
•Observe animal behavior, report abnormal behavior patterns and provide technical advice to management and staff
•Prepare food and feed assigned animals according to approved diet plans
•Follow quarantine protocols and biosecurity guideline
•Follow treatment plans and preventive health programs as prescribed
•Implement animal care procedures and policies, including record keeping
•Maintain supply inventories
•Assist with the physical transfer of animals
•Support special animal care activities such as physical examinations, minor exhibit repairs and modifications, and major exhibit maintenance projects
•Heavy lifting (up to 25kg) is required
•Provide animal enrichment to increase welfare
•Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
•Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma holders (preferably in Life Sciences)
•2-3 years working experience in the field of life sciences. Experience in animal care taking and husbandry preferred.
•Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office required.
•Possess Class 3 driving license
•Confident, outgoing personality and a strong team player
•Able to work in a team and independently
