We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to be part of our HR Team, as the HRIS Lead for the support and maintenance of our Company’s HR systems – primarily SAP HR and SuccessFactors HCM. The successful candidate is expected to understand the HR technology landscape and will be responsible to ensure that all HR-related systems are regularly updated which will include project initialization, evaluation, planning, design, implementation and the management, enhancement and support of any HR systems in compliance with our IT governance framework and regulations. 
 
Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end project cycle activities, such as requirements gathering, prototype, testing, training, go-live and post-production support
• Work with users and vendors to ensure project is delivered within timeline and scope
• Facilitate and guide the project team, identify risks and manage issues including escalation and  
 resolution
• Guide internal resources to ensure data migration, data cleansing and data mapping work are well-executed
• Serve as a bridge between end users and IT to communicate and clarify requirements
• Create and manage system documentation including requirements, business processes, testing, procedures, training, etc.
• Ensure proper closure of support issues and activities and communicate issue status to users
• Analyse existing processes and propose areas for improvement
• Perform advisory role to users and provide support and guidance in the application and administration of HR applications

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline
• At least 5 years of HRIS experience
• Technical proficiency and hands on exposure in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to understand HR functional processes and priorities
• Ability to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of end users to provide technical/functional support
• Analytical and Meticulous
