Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support full spectrum of payroll activities such as payroll reconciliation, reporting and analytics
  • Manage payroll outsourced vendor including assisting with internal and external audit reviews
  • Responsible for the maintenance and data keeping of employee information in SAP and Time Management System
  • Provide support to all Human Resource Information System such as the SAP, Time Management System, and any other related Budgeting systems
  • Provide support for all data analytics and budget provisions

Requirements:

  • Degree in related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior HR experience in vendor management will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in SAP and Excel
  • Meticulous and proven analytical skills
