Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engagement and Recognition

    • Plan and coordinate service activation and employee
    • Plan, coordinate and submit write ups for internal and external staff recognition awards
  • Communication
    • Develop content writing, schedule and rollout internal staff communication on various platforms
    • Develop interesting content to attract and increase followships on LinkedIn
    • Create videos, posters and emails for information/knowledge sharing and build employee culture and values
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Design Software would be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, accurate and willing to take on new tasks
  • Able to work independently and in a team with tight timelines
