Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from guest
• Maintain a high standard of quality responese to guests' enquiries and feedback via email correspondence and social media platforms
• Assist with rostering, and training of new staff for contact centre

• Assist in situations that may require problem solving
• Assist team with monthly reports and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior customer service experience will be an advantage
• Confident, energetic and outgoing personality
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to work until 8pm
