Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate is a keen learner with passion to cultivate a learning culture within the organisation and nurture lifelong learners. He/She is a team player who can leverage the People & Organisation Development team’s holistic capabilities to prioritise and deploy learning programmes based on stakeholder needs.


·       Plan, develop, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives to develop stakeholder teams in collaboration with the various HR teams.

·       Review and adapt relevant industry competency frameworks for stakeholder teams.

·       Review, develop, deploy and maintain currency of On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints.

·       Review and maintain currency of compliance training and certification.

·       Support in preparing annual learning budget, monitor costs of implementation and assess return of investment.

·       Maintain records and compile statistical reports for informed decision-making.

·       Establish and maintain strong communication links with all levels of staff and external partners to support and enhance development efforts.

·       Handle logistical and administrative duties to support the procurement, design, development and delivery of related learning initiatives.

·       Develop guest experience service skills courses.

·       Facilitate classroom or virtual training, e.g. monthly Induction Programme for new hires and guest experience service skills courses.

·       Other relevant duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resource Development, Adult Education / Adult Learning, Instructional Design or Organisational Psychology.

·       ACTA certification will be considered in lieu of a degree.

·       At least 2 years of relevant experience, including in-person classroom and virtual facilitation.

·       Knowledge of WSQ skills frameworks.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Good appreciation of data analytics and digitally savvy.

·       Results-oriented, resourceful, innovative and willing to take on new tasks.

·       Organised and meticulous in handling logistical and administrative duties efficiently.

·       Ability to work independently and in a team.

·       Ability to adapt to dynamic changes in operating environment and work under pressure. Agile and responsive to ad-hoc assignments.
