Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) is the operator of the world-renowned zoological parks, Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and Singapore Zoo. WRS actively contributes to conservation and research while educating visitors about animals and their habitats. We are seeking a highly organised and detailed individual to be part of our Human Resources team. The incumbent will play a role in ensuring effective and efficient management of HR & administrative activities through a proactive approach in the anticipation of potential business needs. He/She will also be involved in projects in addition to operational responsibilities.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

·       Provide administrative support in staff amenities, which include office renovation/expansion, space planning, office logistics coordination, staff transport and uniform matters.

·       Handle all general insurance matters promptly and accurately.

·       Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) as required from the business and related functions.

·       Execute and support projects relating to HR & office administration functions.

·       Manage and coordinate procurement of company assets with various departments.

·       Work closely with Procurement department on the procurement process.

·       Manage telecommunication related matters.

·       Cover reception duties where necessary.

·       Other relevant duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-starter, with a positive working attitude and the ability to multi task and collaborate effectively across numerous interfaces under tight timelines. It is also cardinal to be resourceful, meticulous, highly adaptable and able to work well with all levels. Familiarity with SAP system will be an added advantage.
