Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.
Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.
Responsibilities:

Partner Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to effectively source, evaluate, interview, and select candidates to support the hiring needs of the business

Have primary responsibility for end-to-end hiring of junior roles in Mandai Wildlife Group

Analyse requirements and review the most suitable mix of recruitment channels to source for role candidates and build a talent pool

Make recommendations on offer proposals in consultation with HR Business Partners and facilitate making the offer to candidates with the objective of balancing the organisation and individual needs

Throughout the selection process, be a strong advocate and ambassador of Mandai Wildlife Group to candidates and recruitment partners to deliver a positive candidate experience

Manage and promote the employee referral programme

Maintain proper documentation of hiring approvals, offers, candidate applications and other documents received across the hiring process for audit and compliance

Be updated with the latest recruitment channels and strategies in an effort to improve the hiring success rate for the positions you are responsible for, embedding best practices within the team and expanding the sourcing channels in use

Organise and attend career fairs and/or other recruitment events

Assist in other administrative duties and projects where needed
Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business, preferably majoring in Human Resource Management

At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or similar roles

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Possess knowledge of recruiting techniques, sources, and the ability to research new recruiting sources

Good time management with the ability to multitask

Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit |
