Senior Executive, Park Operations - Rainforest Wild Asia

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform shift responsibilities and ensure smooth day to day operations of the park.
• Ensure delivery of excellence guest experience
• Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on park-related and guest experience matters.
• Manage guest feedback on-ground and close service lapses.
• Assist in management of manpower planning, staff training needs and staff issues.
• Assist to generate and review reports on a monthly basis.
• Manage assigned portfolio and projects
• Assist in wildlife management efforts.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, with experience in leadership and project management, preferably with supervisory skills.
• Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent team player who can also work independently.
• Takes initiative and has a keen interest working in a dynamic work environment.
• Confident and resourceful.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
