We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to be part of our IT Team, as the HRIS Lead to support HR and manage our Company’s HR applications – primarily SAP HR and SuccessFactors HCM. The successful candidate is expected to understand the HR technology landscape and will be responsible to ensure that all HR-related applications are update-to-date and may include new project initialization, evaluation, planning, design, implementation and the management, and enhancement of HR applications in compliance with our IT governance framework and regulations. 
Job Responsibilities

·       Manage, including administrative and performing maintenance for the HR IT Applications – including upkeeping of all documentation, and procedures, managing promptly resolutions of issues and incidents, delivering change requests, testing, training, deployment, etc…

·       Support HR and staff on day-to-day activities and operations related to the Applications and HR processes.

·       Provide advisory to HR Applications capabilities and enhancements, process improvement, and available HR technologies in the market

·       Act as a bridge to translate business requirements to functional requirements and deliver desired business outcome within the agreed timeline and budget

·       Lead activities such as project initialization, requirements gathering, procurement, design and prototype, development, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support, including identifying and mitigating risks, managing promptly issue and incident resolution while communicating status and update to all stakeholders.


Job Requirements

        Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline

        At least 5 years of HRIS experience

        Technical proficiency and hands-on exposure in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, and Recruiting modules)

        Ability to understand HR functional processes and priorities

        Ability to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision

        Strong verbal and written communication skills

        Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of end-users to provide technical/functional support
