Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


Main duties and responsibilities:


·         Deliver exceptional customer services to guests and answer guest queries;

·         Acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests;

·         Upkeep the visual displays of merchandise, price tags and ensure store cleanliness and tidiness of displays;

·         Share with guest relevant park membership, conservation efforts and related information in aid of providing a holistic experience to guest;

·         Work with supervisors to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise;

·         Process stock count and receiving of stock;

·         Work with supervisors to drive sales and seize opportunities in upselling products;

·         Operate point-of-sales system and ensure accuracy in sales and inventory in compliance of standard operating procedures;

·         Ensure online orders are duly packed and despatched according to schedule; and

·         Ensure return/ exchange/ write off of merchandise is timely carried out.



·         Minimum GCE 'N' levels

·         Minimum 1 year of relevant formal/informal experience in customer service-related role

·         Friendly and approachable with a passion for service

·         Service oriented with good communication skills

·         Physically fit and willing to travel

·         Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
