Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

 

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

 

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

 

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer your key role will be to provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support for matters related to her office. In addition, you will also provide administrative support to the division leads, as and when required. Your core duties will include:

  • Coordination, arrangement and management of appointments, meeting schedules and overseas travel
  • Drafting of division meeting minutes and coordinating its circulation for review in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a proper online filing system (on Sharepoint) to ensure ease of retrieval for documents and records
  • Follow up and compile monthly division management reports to the GCFO
  • Ensure important matters are brought up/redirected promptly to the relevant staff for follow-up
  • Perform office administration duties of the division
  • Any other duties as assigned by the GCFO

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘A’/Diploma level qualification, preferably with a Private Secretarial Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative/ secretarial experience with at least 3 years supporting Senior and/or Top management
  • Possess a matured disposition
  • Able to effectively interact with staff at all levels
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effectively bilingual would be advantageous
  • Technology-literate, proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Sharepoint/ Teams
  • Strong organizational skills
