Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

 

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

 

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

 

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide brand guardianship and marketing support for go-to-market and loyalty initiatives.
  • Conceptualise, plan and execute various key and tactical campaigns to achieve attendance and revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for MWR parks.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to develop innovative campaigns to drive loyalty marketing goals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution (budgeting, approval process, timelines, contingency planning, analysis and post-campaign reporting).
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, such as membership, sales, events & programming, digital & social, design and other internal stakeholders, to deliver key and tactical campaigns.   
  • Work effectively with internal design team, creative agencies and production houses to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.
  • Work effectively with media agency to execute and optimise media (offline and digital) campaigns.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budget to achieve optimal returns.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or the equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industries.
  • Proven experience in brand building, consumer marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management.
  • Prior experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented and confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High energy self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, highly-organised and meticulous. 
  • Able to work independently while being a good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
