Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Modern Workspace Specialist focusing on M365 Modern Workplace solutions, you will help drive the adoption and optimization of digital tools to enhance productivity and collaboration across our organization. With a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in M365, you will play a pivotal role in deploying, managing, and optimizing M365 across our user communities in Mandai.

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Co-Pilot.
  • Work closely with the Modern Workspace Lead/Manager to understand organizational requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions.
  • Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for complex M365-related issues, collaborating with internal teams or external vendors as necessary.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for end users, guiding them on best practices and resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in procuring and managing laptops and desktops in bulk, ensuring smooth onboarding for new users or during device refresh cycles.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams and vendors to maintain proper inventory levels and manage device warranties or replacements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials or sessions to help employees fully utilize M365 capabilities.
  • Collect user feedback on newly deployed tools or features and help refine future adoption strategies.
  • Support the Modern Workspace Lead/Manager in projects related to the deployment, migration, and integration of M365 services.
  • Contribute to project planning activities, including timelines, resources, and task assignments, while communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure that M365 usage and device management adhere to relevant security standards and policies.
  • Monitor M365 services for potential risks or vulnerabilities, escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest M365 features and updates, recommending how these can be integrated to enhance the organization’s productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes, reducing inefficiencies and improving the overall user experience
  • Ensure smooth data exchange and interoperability while maintaining security and compliance standards.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with M365 in a large-scale organization (1,000+ users)
  • Proven proficiency in key M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365) and understanding of their application in corporate environments
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager) is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in project planning, task prioritization, and resource coordination
  • Experience working within established timelines and budgets, proactively escalating risks or issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • M365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are beneficial but not mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of hardware procurement processes—working with vendors, managing hardware assets, etc.
  • Have a keen interest in continuous learning and staying updated on emerging collaboration technologies.
