Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored on creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


The Transformation Office team is looking for a Senior Executive (Transformation Projects) – 6 months contract. The Transformation Office is the catalytic business partner for ideas generated by business stakeholders and seeks potential external collaboration partners.

Within that mission, the Transformation Office leads several key programs and projects that rely (in part) on effective communication and community management to create impact. You will spend 6 months with the Transformation Office to manage and drive innovation programmes and events. Job Responsibilities

Co-Innovation Programme

·    Engage potential external collaborators and create awareness on Mandai’s innovation effort.

Innovation Lab, Community and Culture

·    Assist in the conduct of open innovation challenges.

·    Analyse the business requirements and establish innovation approach, not limited to technical as well as process improvements.

·    Train key stakeholders and users, and document the innovation journey.

·    Ability to support and run workshop trainings using design thinking methods.

Innovation Strategy

·    Develop (internal and external) innovation ecosystem engagement plan.

Innovation Festival

·    Oversee the entire programme process and supervise the rest of the team.

·    Communicates regularly with the Lead to make sure the day-to-day work is laddering up to the overall vision.

·    Liaise and coordinate with internal and external teams.

·    Liaise with vendors for fabrication, logistic and set-up requirements.

·    Acts as the go-to point person on the day of the event at the venue.

·    Manages exhibition setup and scheduling.


Job Requirements

·    Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred, but not required

·    Curious about people and culture

·    Outgoing personality and enjoy engaging with people

·    Project management, event or community engagement experience preferred

·    Responsible and able to execute plans with attention to detail

·    Team Player

·    Ability to work independently

·    Proactive and adaptable

·    Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication

·    Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Photoshop would be an added advantage
