Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with key business stakeholders for desired business outcome thru but not limited to gathering requirements and change requests, design solution, plan and manage solution delivery, project & vendor management, conduct user acceptance testing, documentation, and training.
  • Must be able to do software development to maintain and enhance eCommerce system and websites using C#, .Net framework 4.5 (and above), JavaScript, HTML and MS SQL Server 2008 R2 (and above).
  • Must be able to develop Restful API for Front-of-House systems.
  • Provide day to day support, configuration, administration, problem resolution and performance tuning of Front-of-House systems like eCommerce system and Adobe Experience Manager Content Management System.
  • Understand and upkeep the relevance of systems, processes, and documentations.
  • Duties may require occasional stand-by and/or provide support after office hours, weekends, or public holidays.
  • Any other IT related tasks assigned by Supervisor.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology
  • Exposure to Devops concepts and tools, particularly those related to CI/CD
  • Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), and testing tool that supports Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
  • Experience knowledge on Cloud-based Technologies and Services (eg AWS, Azure) will be an advantage



  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as Techno Functional Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
  • Experience in Conducting Requirement Gathering, Interviews, Writing Detail business and functional requirements, scope agreements, Business Process descriptions and training end users, working on documents, organizing meetings, and writing meeting minutes, communicating effectively with key business stakeholders, internal and external parties.
  • Experience and proficiency in any of the following in order of sequence will be highly valued:
  • C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, .Net Framework 4.5 (and above),
  • API Services design, development of WCF services, REST API, Json.
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and above (TSQL, DML, DDL, stored procedures and DB jobs)
  • Source code control systems Azure Devops and Github.
  • Unit Testing tools like MSTest, Unit, XUnit
  • Adobe Experience Manager
