Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct and facilitate overnight camps, wildlife tours and other paid experiences for public, school groups and corporate groups staying at Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
- Deliver excellent and memorable guest experience.
- Support In-Charge in delivering camp and tour programmes across all parks in Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
- Ensure safety of all camp and tour participants.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin speaking clients.
- Experience in conducting tours and engaging large groups is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in conservation, nature, wildlife and public education.
- Enjoy working outdoors and inspire people to protect wildlife.
- Possess a positive learning attitude, initiative, and a sense of adventure.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to commit at least 3 days (3D2N) a week.
Training required
- Training is compulsory for all successful candidates:
- 2-day foundational training and assessment in August 2025
- 2D1N training workshop in August 2025
- On-Job Training and On-Job Assessment
