Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


Main duties and responsibilities:

·         To manage enquiries, requests and feedback onsite and online from members/ guests

·         To perform duty in-charge/officer role as per roster

·         To plan monthly roster for daily operations

·         To check application forms for errors on daily basis

·         To assist in ensuring membership forms, cards and stationeries are sufficient for daily operations including birthday badges and gifts

·         To assist in training all new staff on all membership product knowledge and use of system

·         To assist in conducting of onsite and online User Acceptance Tests for all new programmes and promotions

·         To ensure practice of Membership SOP is adhered at all time

·         Any other duties as assigned



·         Higher NITEC/ NITEC or Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism

·         Min 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality service/tourism industry, Customer service experience will be an advantage

·         Able to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays

·         Self-motivated, resourceful, and meticulous

·         Dynamic team player with positive attitude

·         Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
