Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia. 

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia. 

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior executive, content management to manage digital
content of the website and mobile app to drive searchability and discoverability of
key content and campaigns.  

  • Manage content and campaign implementation for new page builds, page updates on content and ticketing website on a need-to basis across all Mandai
    web properties (English and Chinese) using Content Management System (CMS) platform.
  • Develop subject expertise in using CMS platform to coach other business users in content creation and update.
  • Work with the Digital Platform manager to identify opportunities and gaps to enhance CMS functionalities to deliver robust online experience to end users.
  • Provide support in content accuracy and quality check and end-user testing for website and mobile app.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content management, operations and/or customer support.
  • Possess some knowledge and experience with online content management for  website and mobile app.
  • Hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign Standard is a strong plus.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, AHREFS, SimilarWeb or SEMrush is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both verbal and written.
  • High learning agility with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
  • A self-starter who works well with a cross-functional team.
  • Resourceful with an ability to problem-solve and adapt to constant change and ambiguity.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with an eye for details with strong time management
  • Comfortable in managing multiple projects at the same time.
