Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Research, write and edit copy for communication to engage guests and inspire them to act for wildlife and embrace sustainable living. 

·       Provide copyediting, proofreading, and feedback to other content contributors, with strong focus on copyediting for park interpretation.

·       In-charge of end-to-end content generation for effective conservation communication to strengthen Mandai Wildlife Group’s positioning as a world-leading wildlife institution.

·       Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders as creative partners 


·       Degree in Journalism, Liberal Arts or Life Sciences

·       Possesses strong knowledge and appreciation of wildlife

·       Minimum 7 years of experience in journalism, writing or content generation, with writing and editorial experience in interpretation in wildlife institutions,  museums or similar environment. 

·       Excellent writing skills with proven published works in print or digital

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders

·       Possesses a can-do attitude and being resourceful in collecting and generating content
