Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.


Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.


Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To support VP, Finance to undertake project initiatives. 
  • Project Coordination - To plan and coordinate tasks, ensure tight timelines are adhered with various stakeholders. 
  • Participate in relevant working group discussion, write minutes, and follow up closely with all action items.
  • Map out, analyze, review current and new workflow processes, for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Work closely with consultants – System (ERP) implementation, accounting, tax and legal issues and treatment. 
  • Business partnering with Business units.
  • To support transition to new parks/features.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in project management.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively both in groups as well as independently.
  • Ability to take ambiguity and adapt to last minute changes.
  • Possess initiative, great organizational skill and sensitive to timeline.
